Hello, I’m a clinician dedicated to supporting individuals who are
working through PTSD, trauma, and the long-term effects of difficult
life experiences. I believe real healing begins when we start
exploring the deeper roots of our struggles—things like shame,
unresolved trauma, and the underlying beliefs we often carry about
ourselves, other people, and the world around us. These experiences
frequently show up in the form of depression, anxiety, spiritual disconnection, physical
symptoms, and substance use.
My work is trauma-informed, with training in EMDR and Parts & Memory Therapy. I also use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, choosing approaches that best fit each person. My goal is to create a safe supportive space where real healing can happen-especially for those who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy or haven’t seen the progress they hoped for.
