Are you a parent worried about your child, or a young adult feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to handle everything on your plate? I provide a calm, supportive space where young people can talk openly, understand their emotions, and build the confidence and coping skills they need to move forward. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling more in control and supported. With the help of my therapy dog-in-training, Shadow, I work to create a calm and welcoming space for healing.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, and Animal Assisted Therapy. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs while creating a safe, supportive environment for growth and self-discovery.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where young people feel comfortable opening up and exploring their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help each child, teen or young adult feel seen, heard, and empowered as they learn more about themselves and grow.
