As a counselor, my goal is to work collaboratively with clients in helping them find ways to get back on their feet. Whether it is a habit you are trying to quit, a past experience that continues to bother you, a conflict in a relationship that never seems to resolve, or crippling anxiety and depression, I believe we all have complex and unique stories that require thoughtful and individualized care. I take it as a great privilege to sit with people as they navigate their journey and would be honored to work with you.
Life has a way of throwing us some unexpected "curve balls" from time to time. As we encounter life's difficult twists and turns, we sometimes need help navigating through them. In my experience, having a well-trained and safe individual to walk you through getting "unstuck" can help tremendously.
You've already taken the first and courageous step by looking for a counselor. Although counseling can be scary, it also can be very rewarding. I encourage you to reach out and schedule a time to meet. I would be grateful to hear your story and work together.
