I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing confidential counseling to individuals and their families who are looking for support to cope with their daily stressors. Grief and loss, depression, anxiety, anger management, oppositional defiant behaviors, or complex trauma as well as drug & alcohol are just a few of my areas of concentration.
I help individuals who are overcome by grief and loss, whether it is an expected or sudden death or if you are having difficulty getting through the grieving process. My goal as a therapist is to assist with regaining a level of control and develop a sense of purpose in life.
