Our Team
I have spent more than two decades helping people find more meaning and less suffering in their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want, my goal is to understand your experience—not reduce you to a diagnosis. I'm less interested in asking, "What's wrong with you?" than I am in understanding what has brought you here, making sense of your experience, and helping you find the path forward that's right for you.

I have a strong passion for helping others live more happily and fully in their bodies and lives. I utilize holistic and somatic practices with my clients. I find myself gravitating towards a person-centered approach with a strong curiosity for what the client finds most helpful to them. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am also a trauma informed yoga instructor as well as an artist. I believe that when healing from mental health, addiction and other difficulties, it is essential to include the body into the treatment process and to encourage creativity as well as curiosity.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also also open the door to healing, growth, and meaningful change. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, guided by your values and what matters most to you. I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, depression, substance use, and relationship stress.

I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to break. They may struggle with OCD, eating disorder, body image distress, sexual dysfunction, suicidality/self-injury, anger management, Domestic Violence/Abuse, or anxiety/panic. They could be feeling the pressures of relationships, social media, school, and life as an adult. Some may even be looking for a safe and confidential space to talk things through while serving probation, parole, or working with Child Protective Services. Others may be looking for an individual therapist to work with while working through an IOP DBT, ERP, or Mood Dis. program.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and use a variety of techniques to meet my client’s needs. I have a particular interest in working with new parents, individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe every person has a variety of identities that influence how we perceive and interact with the world. These identities tell the story of our lives and should be celebrated. I also believe that you are the expert of your life and it is my job to create a safe and supportive environment for you to express your needs, thoughts, and feelings.
