Specialized in supporting the LGBTQ+, Poly/ENM, Secular/Spiritual/Religious Minorities and Kink/BDSM communities.

I teach Mindfulness and Somatic-based therapy skills to help people improve their well-being & thrive. I love supporting clients on All the Spectrums, as well as those in recovery from CPTSD, Religious Trauma, Infidelity, & Addiction. SHA Certified Sex Therapist in training. Additional experience in Ketamine and other Psychedelic Assisted Therapy modalities.
