Are you someone who worries about taking away space from others, but long to feel supported and cared for yourself? Maybe you have never experienced a felt sense of safety in your body or feel like both "too much" and never enough. You deserve a safe space to process and heal. If any of that resonates, I would love to meet you! I most enjoy working with queer / trans children of immigrants, disabled COVID conscious folks, trans / non-binary late identified autistic adults with complex trauma, and folks with OCD from a trauma-informed lens.
I am certified in Somatic Attachment therapy, and value providing relational, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. I want to help you learn how to navigate a world that wasn't built for many of us by establishing a greater sense of agency, self-compassion, and safety.
As an anti-carceral therapist, I believe in naming systems of oppression and centering intersectionality in our work together. Therapy with me is not only about digging into the trauma and pain, I also believe in creating space for laughter and joy.
