I have experience working with teens & adults relating to anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorders, & clients with past trauma. I also have experience working with support groups including men's trauma, wellness, & multicultual groups for refugees.

I want you to be able to increase your own self-awareness, learn new coping skills, and take steps to make positive change in your life including how you see yourself, and how you see and interact with others.
