About
I am a compassionate individual who is willing to sit with individuals in their struggles and pain to enable them to reach their optimal level of health. I see therapy as a valuable tool to help individuals overcome their limitations and reach an optimal level of mental health. I assist my clients in connecting with their inner strengths and seeing themselves differently and more clearly see their potential through a combination of compassion, insight, and utilizing the latest techniques in mental health treatment. I strive to create a safe space for kids and adults to come and be able to express themselves using art and play.
I am currently working on finishing her Master's degree through Liberty University in the Clinical and Mental Health program, and has already received her BA in addiction and recovery. I am also working on my certificate to become certified in art therapy and play therapy. Likewise, I also work with women who have experienced betrayal in a relationship.
When I am not at work, I love being outdoors, rock climbing, and being a part of nature. I love to cook! Baking is my passion, and it really helps to center me, I love watching cheesy movies while drinking a warm cup of cocoa. I also love learning and trying new things, and I am currently learning how to do pottery.
