I provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and relationship conflicts through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, EFT, IFS, EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have a faith-based background and will incorporate it into our sessions if requested.
