We also are equipped with a crisis team to offer crisis stabilization during severe mental health crisis and/or assisting individuals in transitioning from inpatient and residential settings.
A skill set has been developed to target trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, identity, grief/loss, substance misuse, struggles in relationships as well as other areas. We serve adults, teens, and children. We are culturally competent and welcome all backgrounds and communities including the LBGTQIA+ community.
Various clinical approaches are used;CBT, DBT, SFT, as well other approaches to best suit individual. Primarily, we focus on we as clinicians being our authentic selves to build genuine and authentic relationships with those we serve.
