My passion lies in working with women during the 'middle years', as this period brings significant physical, social, and emotional changes that are often overlooked or disregarded (typically between 35-60 years old). I love empowering women to live fully and not settle for the status quo, especially from their healthcare providers during the years on the Menopause rollercoaster! I am honoured to help clients learn how to move through life with healthy boundaries, relationships, and habits that increase longevity & wellbeing at ALL ages!

I am a GenX free spirit who thrives on coffee, playing in my garden, mixing essential oils, & reading (Hobbit life!). I am pursuing my PhD in Ageing, focusing on women's midlife health & love to share new & old wisdom. Women tend to sacrifice their own wellbeing, so I am honoured to help my clients focus inward & nourish their minds, bodies, & souls!
