Have you experienced anxiety, depression, or trauma as a result of parentification? This support group is a safe space for you to: Share your experiences and connect with others who understand, Learn coping strategies and self-care techniques, Develop healthy boundaries and self-worth, Process past trauma and heal emotional wounds.
