I encourage self-reflection including to start noticing things like ANTS--automatic negative thoughts that lead to thought distortions then depression, anxiety and fears. I want to help you gain confidence, awareness and encouragement to live a more authentic life.
I come from an Alaska Native family background and am familiar with loss, grief, childhood trauma and have overcome many obstacles to get where I am today. My wife and I have a blended family and we have experienced issues with step parenting and I have learned to be accepting and accommodating. I listen, understand, validate and encourage hopefullness.
