Sometimes it gets really hard to share our problems because we feel no one else can relate. My goal is to create a safe and structured environment where clients can speak freely and create a plan to help overcome their issues. Some of these issues may include anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, divorce, substance abuse, etc. They can affect daily life and require further assistance by a licensed professional to navigate challenges.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide an empathetic and supportive, non-judgmental arena to work through these issues and concerns. I have worked with diverse populations for over 5 years. Some of these specialties include: ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, anger, relationship, and court ordered issues. Trained in TF-CBT.
