Women's Stages & Changes Group
The purpose of this group is to provide an environment where women are able to discuss life’s changes such as personal growth, relationships, work, family, and other life challenges. This will be a process group with psychoeducation and other evidenced based interventions as needed. The ideal client is a high functioning woman, between the ages of 20-50 (age is not exclusive), who is or will be in the process of some sort of life change/stage and the adjustment is causing emotional or psychological stress. This group is not a closed group, with a maximum of 8 people.
Men’s Divorce Group
This group is intended to serve as a support group during the initial stages of separation and divorce. Facilitated by a Licensed Male Therapist, this group will be a process group with psychoeducation and other evidenced based interventions as needed. The ideal client is a high functioning male, between the ages of 25-45 (age is not exclusive), who is in the process of or recovering from a divorce or separation, and the adjustment is causing emotional or psychological stress. This group is not a closed group, with a maximum of 8 people.
