Welcome ! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Licensed School Counselor and co-owner of Reclaim Counseling and Wellness. Before establishing Reclaim Counseling and Wellness, my background included work in school-based counseling and private practice. My professional journey has allowed me the privilege of seeing firsthand the impact and healing that can occur when individuals are given a safe and welcoming place to heal. I have a compassionate care approach and believe in the power of understanding, empathy, faith and connection to help individuals reclaim their lives from mental health challenges.
I work with children, adolescents, adults and families to treat a wide range of mental health needs. I provide couples and marriage counseling. I am a certified family trauma specialist, and have advanced training in CBT, DBT and neurofeedback. In addition to my clinical work, I enjoy providing support and consultation to churches/faith-based communities.
