My specialties include gender, CPTSD and trauma, anxiety, relationship and attachment work, neurodivergence, and the stuff that’s hard to put into words. I use an integrative approach, pulling from CBT, IFS, ACT, and DBT based on your needs and goals for treatment. We’ll identify real tools for day-to-day & deeper work over time.
