By targeting the root of the hurt, the healing process can begin and the patterns in your life that aren't serving you can be broken.
My life's passion is helping women find themselves and hone in on their innate power and strength. There are so many ways in which this society keeps women boxed up, stifled, small, etc. We grow up in environments that indoctrinate us into prescribed roles; mother, caretaker, giver, helper, and so on.
