What if you are not a problem that needs to be solved? My approach to therapy is to accompany my clients in exploring the deeper mystery of their true self and in tapping into their innate healing power. I guide clients exploring personal and spiritual inquiry, psychospiritual integration (e.g. values alignment, embodiment, meditation practices, near death experiences, post-psychedelic experiences), sexual and gender identity (LBGTQ2IA+ affirming), and post-traumatic growth. I also welcome clients processing religious trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life and career transitions, isolation, and recovery from narcissistic abuse.
I work primarily from a person-centered approach using mindfulness-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic interventions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt. I am passionate about these approaches because I’ve personally witnessed how these techniques to integrate mind and body can enable profound healing.
