Thank you for considering me for your therapy needs. Most of my clients have found me when they are at the end of their capacity, unable to untangle the knot that has developed in their lives. They feel stuck and need help figuring out their next steps, a safe place to process how they are feeling and what they are needing.
Providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment is paramount to me. As a neurodivergent person, I am passionate about choosing and utilizing evidence-based strategies such as somatic techniques, cognitive skills, and dialectical behavior interventions to better tolerate distress, regulate emotions, process trauma, and survive suicidal ideation.
