I'm a trauma-informed LCSW with over 20 years experience who loves utilizing creative, expressive therapies to assist you in finding these things again. I specialize in abuse/trauma, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, & other related challenges that can steal your sense of joy & who you inherently are. I'm a self-proclaimed “nerd” who loves anime, all things Potter, music, & art and can help you navigate back to where you wish to be.
I believe in a holistic approach to recovery and that the therapeutic relationship should consist of healthy communication, a safe environment, and trust to be effective. I offer encouragement and support as we work together to set positive, achievable goals that will ultimately support your feeling stronger and more empowered in your life.
