I've guided and supported people of all ages and backgrounds through various struggles, including addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and trauma. I've helped them gain knowledge, different perspectives, and practical skills, which have boosted their self-confidence and allowed many of them to heal, feel comfortable in their own skin, live according to their values, and create a meaningful life.
In therapy, I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, drawing from various therapeutic techniques to support your understanding and skill development. I am a skill-based therapist, who teaches you skills to create a calm in your life. I teach skills related to mindfulness, communication, boundaries, decision making and more.
