As an authentic and personable therapist, I specialize in navigating grief and trauma. I walk alongside individuals and couples as a fellow traveler on life's journey, using a faith-based lens (to the extent that is helpful to each client). My mission is clear: to facilitate healing from the past and foster deep connections in the present, empowering my clients to flourish and thrive. Through a blend of expertise and intuition, I cultivate a safe and nurturing environment where individuals and couples can explore their emotions and experiences with confidence, paving the way for transformative growth and a renewed sense of purpose.

I enjoy working collaboratively with clients from a client/person-centered orientation, while utilizing interventions from various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, strengths-based, Gottman Method, etc.). Specifically, I specialize in couples, grief, trauma, neurodiversity, relationships, anxiety, and first-generation college students.
