About
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from your purpose, and wish to reflect on your life with compassion and curiosity, you’ve come to the right place. Together we can provide comfort to your wounds, and imagine your new possibilities. We’ll work collaboratively to help you shed what’s not working for you, and create opportunities to improve your relationship with yourself and others. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and have particular interest in working with people facing life transitions & identity-related questions. I have specialized training and expertise working with eating disorders, trauma, addiction & depression.
I hold a BA from Brown University and a Masters in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College with an advanced graduate certificate in childhood trauma. Prior to opening my own practice, I completed a 2-year post-graduate fellowship with the Erika Malm Collective and worked in intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment.
You have so much to offer the world. Let’s face your challenges together & move you towards a life of greater meaning and purpose.
