I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eleven years of clinical experience. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I have the most experience in include ADHD, Coping Skills, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues. My counseling style combines Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Trauma Focused therapies. I have always felt called to be a healer, and I believe that it is vital to find the root of problems for clients to heal fully and continue to make progress.
I will be supportive, compassionate, and present with you during your struggles, achievements, and progress.
