I work with a wide range of concerns including adoption/kinship, depression, anxiety, ADHD and grief although my specialty lies in trauma-focused work

I support individuals (Age 6+) and families navigating life after traumatic event, loss and/or out of home care. With adoption-competent, trauma-informed care, I provide a safe space to process abuse, neglect, and emotions like guilt, anxiety, sadness and shame—promoting healing, identity development, and lasting growth.

I provide a safe and compassionate space to explore the guilt, shame, and survival patterns that often accompany these experiences—supporting you in moving toward your goals. All folks are welcome here whether you’re navigating trauma, identity, community, or belonging, you deserve care that is attuned to your lived experience.
