Do you feel stuck? My passion is using a holistic, experiential approach with adults who feel stuck, whether stuck in depression, anxiety, negative thinking or in a transitional stage of life. I use multiple modalities to identify the root causes of what is no longer working for you and help integrate new ways of thinking and being so that you can live your life as your highest self. Therapy should not last forever, so I work with clients in 3 month increments and have clear goals set. If you're ready to do the work, let me help you live your life to the fullest!

I work with clients who are motivated in 3 and 6 month increments. We analyze your story, set clear goals and because therapy shouldn’t be open-ended, work under a 3 or 6 month contract that includes a journal, an intensive, and weekly homework that includes lifestyle changes and somatic practices for integration of mind, body and spirit.
