Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked with a wide range of clients from children to adults, and believe in a person centered, humanistic approach. My greatest strengths are in helping those individuals who experience difficulty with anxiety, depression, negative impulsive behavior that is synonymous with obsessive compulsive disorder or other related anxiety disorder(s), specific mood disorders, and chemical dependency. I consistently practice unconditional positive regard, and I am passionate about joining with people in honor of their individual life story.
During sessions, I will provide the space and time you need to speak and share insight. I will always meet you where you're at. I believe that mindful focus on, and honor of a client as they share information throughout conversation is vital to development of a strong therapeutic alliance. I will always be ready to listen empathetically and provide insight.
