Many of the clients I work with are individuals seeking a deeper connection within themselves and their relationships, and are motivated by a desire for meaningful personal growth. I work directly with children and parents, building practical and sustainable coping skills to navigate difficult emotions, reduce overwhelm, and increase resilience. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), relational distress, behavioral challenges, parenting, divorce, and abuse. I am here to offer guidance and support.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma informed and grounded in somatic, mindfulness, and practical skill-building. I support clients in developing a deeper connection to internal experiences, helping them recognize how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact. I guide clients in cultivating present-moment awareness, reducing reactivity.
