I am passionate about helping people move from pain, tension, and chaos into integration, wholeness, and freedom. I work with teens and adults to help them make sense of their experiences of pain, release the burdens that have been weighing them down, and find more joy.
I specialize in complex trauma, women's issues, suicidality and self harm, and dissociation. I utilize Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems when working with complex issues.
