We can talk about the things that feel ugly to say out loud—the resentment, the apathy, the anger, or the fears. We can look at the feelings that yank us around and interrupt their control. We can create ways to sustain energy and feel rested.
I had to learn to slow down so I could be there for my family, friendships, dog--and myself. I can help you do the same. I am open and accepting of who and where you are. I want therapy to feel like a safe space to find and be who you truly are, without the shame and fear trying to smother your identity and values.
