Change. A word that elicits fear and anxiety due to the unknown accompanying it. Whether you want to initiate a major life change or a major life change has occurred outside of your control, it can be hard to envision how and when things will get better. The process of transition is arduous, yet it is also empowering, fulfilling and rewarding. There is discomfort in both staying stuck and making change, yet the latter moves you toward a greater well-being. I am here to ride the waves of all of the emotions, thoughts and experiences of transition with you, and work with you to bring you to a more peaceful shore. It is possible.
I help adult clients (18+) navigate their way through major life transitions such as breakups, friendship changes, shifts in family dynamics, career changes, starting and/or graduating college, moving to a new city, loss of a loved one, change in health and an adulthood diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD.
