My approach to therapy is grounded in honesty, connection, and openness. If you're feeling the weight of trauma, abuse, OCD, anxiety, depression, or are just struggling to live the life you want, you're not alone, and healing and growth are possible. I specialize in supporting individuals who are working to untangle themselves from harmful belief systems, painful past experiences, or persistent inner criticism. I provide care for clients in any life transition, and anyone ready to rediscover their voice. I help clients process deep wounds, find clarity, and reclaim a sense of personal power.
My goal is to provide my clients with space for healing, processing, and growth. Because we are all unique as humans, we will work together to create steps towards your mental wellness. I am well-trained in the Adlerian approach to psychology, which is focused on belonging and how we show up for ourselves and our connection to others to find significance.
Reaching out for help can be a very challenging and overwhelming experience. Part of growing and changing your mental health is learning how to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. I am proud of you for taking the first step of movement toward growth, and I look forward to working with you through your mental health journey!
