Are you struggling in a relationship? Do you feel stuck, alone or misunderstood? Change is possible! I believe that inherent in each of us, there is internal strength, wisdom and the capacity for growth. I work with individuals and couples in my private practice with a focus on healing relationships, treating depression, anxiety and trauma utilizing an integrated approach. I begin with empathy and exploration to help you feel heard and foster self-awareness. I combine this client centered approach with more direct approaches to help you recognize unhealthy patterns, learn new skills, and make lasting changes.
I specialize in helping couples who are not ready to give up on their relationship to get to a better place. My approach is compassionate yet practical. Over the years, I have helped many couples stop their negative cycles, reduce conflict, improve communication and rebuild trust. I have received training in Gottman Method, EFT, RLT, IFS and TEAM-CBT.
