I am certified in EMDR which is a research-based approach to therapy focused on clearing out disturbing emotions and cognitions. EMDR has been used to treat a number of symptoms including; anxiety, PTSD, stress, depression, chronic pain, and family of origin attachment experiences affecting current marriages, partnerships, and other relationships.
