I will be honored to be your partner and guide on your journey to discovering the warrior already within you. I graduated from Saybrook University in 2022 with a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Counseling and specialized in LGBTQIA+ issues (kink friendly), neurodivergent care, relationships, and domestic violence. I prefer to work with youth and adults using trauma-informed care including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
In my nearly four years as a Licensed Mental Health Associate, I have worked with queer and neurodivergent clients to bring about the change they want to see in their lives. My experience has taught me that everyone is different, and that each person holds their own truth. Finding that truth helps us unlock the strength that comes from inside ourselves.
As a survivor of complex domestic and spiritual abuse, I have gone through my own mental health journey, and have found my personal inner warrior. The strength and knowledge I found there informs how I care for and guide others on their own journey.
