Once a trusting and mutual relationship is established between myself and client's I utilize EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Internal Family System Models and Ego State Therapy.
I meet client's where they are on the path to wellness or recovery. Depending on where you are and how comfortable you are with the identified issues will dictate how quickly or sometimes slowly we move with treatment.
