About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and have over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to pre-teens, adolescents, families, couples and adults. I focus on identifying client's strengths and help each client build on those strengths. I love to help people find ways to improve their lives and reach their goals for themselves.
I primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Every client is different, however, and treatment is always tailored to meet the goals and needs of each individual and/or family.
I specialize in behavioral issues, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, self-harm, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting and co-parenting challenges. In addition to my work in private practice, I have experience working with families and teens in home-based and outpatient settings as well as in hospital and residentials.
