You’re overwhelmed with life’s demands of deciding what’s next after high school or college, parenting, career, relationships and/or navigating other life transitions. You go through the motions, but feel like you’re in survival mode and wonder if things will always be this way, or if there is relief. You have a hard time telling others how you’re feeling and maybe even struggle with knowing your own feelings. You’ve lost yourself in your relationships and caring for others and want to find yourself again.

I work from a humanistic approach and offer a calm, caring and lighthearted environment. I can hold space for you to share, process and untangle life’s events and utilize various forms of treatments to help improve how you cope and regulate emotions. (i.e. CBT, DBT, ACT, Lifespan Integration, Somatic techniques, and Mindfulness.

My greatest joy is to help individuals recognize the strength they have within themselves and partner with them through the difficulties we face throughout life.
