I am Becky Hafford, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in treating concerns and conditions related to PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and trauma. My clients have all faced major tragedies and struggles, and I am deeply committed to supporting them through their healing process. I am also fiercely devoted to my field and to the well-being of my clients.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Alabama A&M University. In sessions, I utilize methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Reality Therapy (RT). These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to best meet the needs of my clients.
I work with my clients at their own pace, creating a comfortable and supportive environment where they can feel safe to explore their concerns. I am open, honest, and sincere in my approach. With years of experience and having worked with thousands of clients, I bring a wealth of understanding and skill to each session. I strive to be easy to talk to.
