Sometimes motherhood doesn't present itself the way we thought it would, and that transition can be incredibly challenging. I am passionate about helping birthing individuals and women struggling with perinatal mental health, including postpartum mental health, fertility issues, family dynamics, attachment, and mental wellness surrounding parenting and pregnancy. I believe that the person-centered approach is the most effective way we can build relationships in therapy and help to enact change. I am a safe space for women who are looking to explore emotions surrounding parenting and other women's issues that may affect your life.
I am a mental health therapist as well as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I offer weekly and bi-weekly therapy to individuals looking to work through motherhood and parenting struggles that might impact their daily lives. Being dual educated, I am happy to treat those who suffer with addiction and those who do not.
