I am deeply passionate about helping people navigate through what is getting in the way of living their best life. Whether it be anxiety, depression, life transition, or just a general funk, I’ll help you journey towards healing as you overcome the challenges that are inhibiting you from living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I create a safe space for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, loneliness, trauma, and more. I help clients grow in self-awareness, bravely face their pain, find creative solutions and new ways of living and showing up in their relationships.
