I provide individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, and self-esteem a safe place to slow down, get to know, and learn how to care for your deepest self. I can help you learn to relate to difficult emotions and aspects of yourself in ways that support your growth toward the most relaxed, self-accepting, joyful you. I am gender affirming and sex and body positive.
I have advanced training in Inner Relationship Focusing and Expressive Arts Therapy, and incorporate these with interested clients. I also offer walking sessions and sessions in nature. Literally moving through what you discuss in therapy can increase the therapeutic impact. And nature may be the best medicine.
