Do you feel stuck in a cycle of unhealthy relationships? Do you feel like your suffering has become too heavy to carry alone? When this happens, we can feel unloveable, broken, alone, and unable to heal and move forward. My goal is to create a therapy space where you feel supported and guided, and that I'm not just another person to talk to. Together we will work on breaking the cycle you are stuck in and empower you to create a future unburdened by your past.
Relationship issues come in many forms. I specialize in trauma, attachment based relationship concerns, couples, LGBTQ+ hardships, and narcissistic abuse. The clients I work with are often hoping to change their relationship patterns and heal from relationship/family trauma. Together we will work towards relationships that feel connected, intimate, and safe.
My commitment is to value and advocate for each person I have the privilege of working with. Therapy is a space where you can feel supported, connected, and challenged. I have immediate openings, so If you feel like we may be a good fit, give us a call and schedule a free consultation today.
