About
I work with parents who feel alone, who are looking for resources, worried about their children and their family is struggling. I work with young adults concerned about transitions or wondering about depression or anxiety. Ask yourself a couple of questions. Would you like for your life to be different? Would you like your relationships to be filled with more joy and meaning? Many issues go on that are difficult: behavior changes, academic stalls, losses or major life transitions. I help people who need support during difficult life events and when faced with unexpected loss or events.
I work with families using a family system approach that involves play therapy, and can be theraplay informed. Everyone has a voice in my treatment rooms. My therapeutic approach is relationship oriented. Therapy is very personal and my approach is tailored individually for each family or individual.
My practice is family focused. I have significant experience working with families and offering support to young adults as well as support for grieving, NICU and postpartum parents. Call me for a free consultation and I can share some of my thoughts on how I can help.
