Welcome. For women, teens, and children seeking a path toward peace and restoration after trauma, there is a way forward. I invite you into a supportive, compassionate space where your values are honored and your healing is the priority. Together, we can navigate the journey toward wellness and a future defined by hope rather than the past. I have extensive experience supporting those who have navigated the complexities of child sexual abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, and other tragedies. I also specialize in working with young women in the wake of transition: adulthood, motherhood, etc.

I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey; there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. My therapeutic style is collaborative and relational, allowing me to draw from various evidence-based modalities to meet your unique needs. As a Christian counselor, I am honored to provide spiritually integrated care for those who wish to incorporate their faith.

Beyond clinical therapy, I am deeply committed to serving the Hispanic community in Memphis. I provide culturally competent care in both English and Spanish.
