Passion about helping people regain a true sense of agency has led me to specializin in developmental/attachment trauma (CPTSD), anxiety and depression. I hope to help those with complex life experiences gain a sense of informed choice and empowerment. You have more strengths than you may readily recognize, finding them is part of the journey.
