Growth and healing are best achieved within the context of a relationship. As a Depth Psychologist and Advisor with 20 years of experience, I strive to connect with my clients on a deep level in order to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. I believe we our the expert of our own experience, and I seek to empower my client's in finding their own voice on the way to health and healing while providing guidance and support along the path. From a depth perspective, I take seriously the power of the unconscious, dreams, and synchronicities in a holistic, integrative approach which looks deeper than the surface level of the symptoms.

My practice is geared toward working with adults struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, struggles with interpersonal relationships, divorce, life changes, and other existential crises. I utilize various modalities in treatment often pulling from many approaches in order to best suit each individual's unique needs in order to move toward the goals.

I earned a BA in Women's Studies in 2006, Master's in Counseling Psychology in 2009, and Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with specialization in Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA in 2017. I have also completed trainings including level II EMDR, EAGALA level I hold a graduate certificate in Addiction Studies from MSU.
