At some point in life, many of us struggle with a loss of joy and purpose in response to challenges such as health issues, trauma, life transitions, and other major stressors. I can help you get unstuck and create more meaning in your daily life. My clients often find that our work helps them better understand themselves, heal deep-rooted issues, and develop new, more effective ways of responding to challenges.
As many of my clients struggle with chronic pain and illness, I help to identify and address the many layers that can be involved in learning to manage these issues. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EMDR/EMDRIA-trained, and have extensive experience working with trauma, mood, and emotion regulation issues.
I am a Central Pennsylvania native, and having spent much of my education and career in New York City and New Jersey, I value working with and consider myself an ally to folks of diverse backgrounds. I am currently licensed to provide psychotherapy in PA and NJ.
