At some point in life, years of pressure, people pleasing, and perfectionism can take a toll on your physical and emotional health. If you are struggling to bounce back from challenging life experiences, I can help you get unstuck, heal deep-rooted issues, and develop new, more effective ways of responding to challenges. As I am committed to lasting change, not just “band-aid fixes,” my clients often find that our work helps them improve their relationships with themselves, their emotions, and others.
If you are living with chronic pain, there’s a good chance you don’t have to. I have extensive experience with using Pain Reprocessing Therapy to address the many emotional and physical layers involved in healing these issues. I often blend this with EMDR to address various forms of trauma, anxiety, and self-worth issues.
I am a Central Pennsylvania native, and having spent much of my education and career in New York City and New Jersey, I value working with and consider myself an ally to individuals of diverse backgrounds. I am currently licensed to provide psychotherapy in PA and NJ.
